EVERYDAY DIABETIC COOKING DOESN'T HAVE TO BE COMPLICATED!
. . .or Boring!

This class was designed for the person with diabetes and those who care for them. It doesn't matter if you have Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes. We want to help you gain dietary control of diabetes by teaching you how to take ordinary and inexpensive ingredients to make food that tastes good and is good for you.

Don't miss out on this important opportunity to:

  • Gain an understanding of diabetes and actively participate in controlling it through dietary choices.
  • Develop skills in meal planning for individuals with diabetes.
  • Learn ways to select and prepare foods with more flavor while using less fat, salt, and sugar.

Each class includes:

  • Printed recipes for desserts, main dishes and side dishes.
  • Live demonstrations of cooking tips and techniques.
  • Opportunities to taste test at least two recipes.

Let us answer your questions and demonstrate how to plan nutritious and enjoyable meals. Please join us.
